1: Debt partners-for those that would like to get a better than average interest rate on their money without the hassles of real estate ownership. We are looking for individuals that are interested in making short term (1-5 year) loans  that can be secured by real estate and offer interest rates higher than most cds, bank accounts, bonds and other investments.

2: Equity partners-we are also interested in investing in larger projects and are open to partnerships. We do the work, you bring in capital and everyone wins.
